IDEAL FOAM INDUSTRIES SDN BHD was established in 2006. The company is located at Mambau, Negeri Sembilan with a built-up area of approximately 80,000 sq. feet and supported by a workforce of 65 staffs.

Our core business is manufacture and supply of quality mattresses and other bedding accessories to domestic and regional markets. Our range of products includes bonnel and pocketed spring, rebonded, foam and fibre mattresses. These products are branded VAZZO, PESINO and Dream Star; and marketed by VAZZO MARKETING SDN BHD, our marketing arm. Besides this, we also produce OEM mattresses for domestic and oversea markets.

We constantly invest in latest modern machinery and engaged to advanced technology to produce superb quality products. We produce our own spring mattress components (high density foam, Micro posture spring, pockected spring, etc) to ensure constant and top quality of our mattress products.
